I agree the bathroom/s look more up-to-date but most people change those anyway, there's no way that's worth so much more than your beautiful house x

Then you have this one - we can see them from our lounge window - hideous Don't think it can be seen very well, but the drive way is in front of the wall and the gaps for the trees to be planted are in front of the drive down to the garage

This has been on the market for a while and we thought had been sold, otherwise we'd have gone to see it last time we were up in Ourique. Think they've just had their energy certificate sorted,that's why it's back on - and cheaper.

The village is small, but has a bar and the normal daily deliveries.

Our old neighbour died a couple of months ago and the family

It is adjoining ours.
Our garden is 3 times as big as hers so i wonder how much ours would be valued
at
