Morning all, nice morning here, not very sunny but warm. I'm sitting in the doc's waiting room, quite a few people here and only one doctor on  I'm feeling pretty rough, a sinus infection I'd say. I'll do the Lidl shop on the way home, get my prescription and do very little for the rest of the day. I want to vote in our referendum later but it's only a short walk from home. Our bank holiday isn't until next weekend. Have a good day everyone.

Hope you all have a pleasant day.

Our post office is fun, sometimes Kaz :D

There was only one lady having a chat when I walkd in, and then some-one we know came in and started joshing Edgar (our post office manager) about football, I joined in too    Turns out Edgar's brother lives in Liverpool  and Edgar said he supports Everton     just to wind me up ;)

The letter is to my pension people - private one - and the bloke I'm dealing with a is a first class prat. Everything has to be crossed, dotted, signed, photocopied and then he denied I actually had a pension with them

My pension/insurance broker is getting in touch with their CEO, as he knows him personally, to tell him what a complete idiot he has working for them.

Hi everyone - been doing some sorting for holidays (I needed to prebook our plane seats - bear in mind we've not flown since 2007, loads of stuff has changed so I shall be back regularly asking for advice!!) and yesterday went to Darlington and spent well over an hour in Primark alone getting tops and undies etc etc....ooo it was fun! :D

House is empty today - just the way I like it! I got the weekly shop en route home from Darlo, so don't HAVE to go out today - I got up later than usual (8.30) and have spent a lovely morning schlepping around the house, tidying, cleaning, put a wash on and it's bright and breezy - and warm - so should dry soon :) Might read this afternoon in the conservatory - my favourite way to relax. Not sure if we have a little guest on a sleepover tonight yet....

Deffo BH this week - I know cos I am off on Monday because of it - short week next week which is brill as we are four staff down!! Three holidays and one, Izzy, has had an op on her foot so will be out of action for some weeks :( !! So expect much moaning and grumbling from me as I will be on me todd I think and being school holidays we have loads of kids booked in! :|

Have a good Friday xxx
