She's gone now, we had a lovely time! :D

She doesn't seem to have a set routine, D did give me a rough guide to what she eats and her nap times but none of them seemed to apply today :| She came at about 6.40 wide awake, I changed her and dressed her and tried to give her some porridge and a bottle but she was already rubbing her eyes and was sleeping by 7.30! She stayed that way till quarter to ten (!) and then I did manage to get some porridge and the remains of the bottle in her and then soon after we went out in the sunshine for a walk to the park.

We've sang songs and played with her toys most of the rest of the day and then she was sleeping again when J came for her at about 3.15...she didn't want the jar of food that D had sent down but she enjoyed some banana and orange segments with me 8-) A little bit of crying now and then but many smiles and chatter also :D :D :D

I'm next scheduled for two weeks today.....D is actually off that day but I was already 'boooked' so she asked if I'd watch L again as that's the day they move into their new house :D :D

Funny, Jen has been in most of the day, and Lily was most taken with her, holding out her arms to J for a cuddle and crying when J passed her back to me! J isn't at all maternal, in fact she has never even held Lily until today! So I thought that was really funny   8-)

Glad it went well, Gal. Kellie has a very good routine which does make things a bit easier.

Oh yes I can imagine it will Osc.

D only works Monday, Friday and either Saturday or Sunday since going back to work, but Mondays Lily goes to nursery all day as we are all out working. Lewis is an early riser so D gets up with him, but if he's sleeping at ours or his other Gran's, Lily will sleep much later, so those times she doesn't nap in the morning. I think it's this new regime of mum working sometimes and not others that is causing her to get out of kilter....hopefully it will settle down once they have their new house and L has her own room, as she sleeps in mum and dad's room up to now. Well I say sleep, it's more catnaps really as D is often up several times in the night with her :(
