Porto are losing ;)

I'm still waiting to hear about my major compaint and Felipe has not been in the clinic, so can't ask.

Hiho is going in for major and probably expensive repairs

My skin is playing up again

Grumpy is really really peeing me off - probably because he's old

We bought new phone, as ours wasn't accepting/receiving calls

But on the up side

the phone now works, as I rang meo and they sorted it within 4 hours :D

erm.................

oh, the garden looks lovely, thanks Kaz xx

Sorry, was just having a down moment - the hosue is still not sold, even after nearly 3 years, we bought a new phone and it wasn't the old one playing up  haven't a clue how much hiho is going to cost to fix - the down side of buying from a friend, no guarantee, our mechanic was livid on our behalf.

Just makes me mad, that our friend said that his mechanic had given it the once over and said everything was okay, and although I queired the noiuse, when we test drove it, he said it was probably the exhaust and Grumpy said our friend wouldn't sell us a turkey, would he? and no, he didn't think we should take it to be checked over before we bought it.

And last week, we had to have the wheels balanced and they didn't say a word either

So having paid 65 euro to register it, 30 on the tracking and now 70 on the oil and filter changes...........

But the people whose hosue we're going to see - as long as the car is fixed - are, by the sound of it desperate to sell, so maybe they'll drop their price. We've had to drop 80,000 since we first put it on the market, so 30,000 isn't too bad ;)

But on a lighter note, I rang Coloplast earlier and they're sending me spray for my skin, which will also heal it, and it arrives tomorrow :D :D

I do feel for you Ton with a sore patch on your tum and all your other woes. Reminded of our phone going out in Spain, the repair people came very promptly and quickly found it was due to the Chihuahua dog marking his territory over one of the sockets. they did not charge to replace it and thought it funny. I learnt a while ago to never buy a secondhand car. Hope the spray works. x

Sorry Ped, but the prices of new cars over here is astronomical

Even a car, 2010, Corsa or similar, would cost us about 10,000 - 12,000.

Hiho was 4,000 and very good price. If it cost about another 1,000 to fix, then fine, we're happy.
