Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here at the moment.

Still got a stinker of a cold, but it's hairdresser at 10.30 so needs must and all that. Really need to do some food shopping too, will see how I feel later.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning :)
Another gorgeous day here too, must make the most of it as there's rain due Friday ;)

Poor you Jen, I hate colds! x
Does B know what she's going to do next yet Kaz?
Ally we never did have churros & chocolate - we'll have to go again :D

We have leftover chicken and I've promised Bb a pie so will be going into town for pastry (no I don't make it, except for mince pies!).
Intending getting some gardening done today, before that rain arrives.
Hope you all have a good day

Yes Di, her plan is to work at the shop until she has enough money to do a low-paid or voluntary internship abroad, and then get a paid role. That seems to be the way in, in the animal rehabilitation world. Luckily, living with us, she can save most of her wages so it shouldn't take her more than a year or so 8-) :) She's still not sure whether it will be African large mammals, or Canada for wolves and bears. She might go for a Canadian internship as she's already tried Africa, and see where that leads.

Jen, I hope your cold goes soon xxxx

Morning Ton :) Morning Saundra xx

That's a good plan :)
It seems the best way in for a lot of things Kaz, a friend's daughter wants to do dentistry (I know, who would?!) but hasn't even got into uni, they're over-subscribed would you believe
She's been advised to do a year working anywhere vaguely medical and re-apply; apparently that's how a lot of this year's intake are getting in.

Morning all. Gorgeous here - shame I'm at work til 3pm.

Picking S up from school to go see the nurse, then home for dinner, then take L to Guides, meet up with my friend at a pub near Guides, then bring her home again.

And that's my day.

But on the up side - I have booked our holiday for May. Dead excited.
