Morning all :)

I hope everyone is well, and happy on this fine morning :) Weightwatchers for me in a while, then a wander in the sunshine, then home to tackle some more ironing I think

Have a good day :) xxxx

Morning all :D

Went to bed with a tickle in the back of my throat and have woken up with the full works, sore throat, snotty nose and a headache  feeling decidedly sorry for myself

Need to go shopping to restock after the invasion then plan to be as lazy as possible for the rest of the day.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Woke up to thick, autumn type, fog and temps just above freezing. It was only 16.3ºC in the flat so the heating had to go on!

The forecast is for clear blue skies and a scorcher later on.

I am off to the camping shop later to have a browse around.... I feel the need to get outdoors and some of my kit needs replacing.

Hope that every one has a pleasant day. xxx

Hug for any poorlies.

Morning all :)
Absolutely beautiful here and that cold wind seems to have finally departed.

We had a lovely time yesterday with the boys etc, nice meal out, then I'd got an M&S meal deal so we came back here and ate the pud :D
Completely shattered this morning but hopefully will feel better as the day goes on.
Need to open and read the stuff about changing our broadband & phone today, as the switchover's tomorrow - just a bit of warning in case it doesn't quite go as planned ;) :)

Aww Jen no doubt one of those boys left you the cold (((x)))
Meriad at least London looks lovely in the sunshine too and your walk over the bridge is a nice one :)
Hope you all have a good day

Morning all. I'm at work.

The sun is just starting to come out after a very misty morning.

I'm not sure what to do tonight - I should be at WW but a new exercise class has started up in the village, run by a friend, and I really want to support her in that. I think I might go along and see what its like and then decide what to do. I know that the exercise class will in fact be better than WW - I know what I should be eating and that I need to move more.

I'm meeting mum for lunch later (another reason to go to the exercise class rather than WW) and am going for a run after. I'll be super fit by the end of the day today!!!

Afternoon all, gorgeous day here too, it was chilly early on but the cold wind has mostly gone. Mr Osc spent most of the morning sitting out on the terrace while I worked my way through the list for the day. Having lunch now, then we are going to stroll down to the local garden centre to get some ideas for the terrace - don't want masses of stuff because we don't want to cut down on the available space very much and also don't want to create too much work for ourselves. Have a good day everyone :)
