Morning Saundra The BBC said 25 degrees by the end of the week

It looks a bit gloomy here at the moment although hopefully it will clear up later I have WW this morning, my first weigh-in for three weeks and I'm not expecting good news Still, I am back on points now and the meeting will tell me where I am and help me focus I got into my (size 12) dress for the wedding and my holiday clothes and felt good in them and that was the main thing Time to get back on the wagon now and get to where I want to be, which is a 25 BMI

I have still to tackle the ironing I can see a mega session this afternoon, in front of the telly, maybe catching up with the Poldark episodes I've missed

Bright and sunny here

We're off to Olhao later, to tax Hiho, then onto Faro, to ollect my Glad bags from the dozy woman. She sent me a text on Friday to say the one's she owes me are now in.

then back to pootle - and maybe sit in the shade

Won't take you long, to get into the swing of it Kaz. I've actually lost a kilo, but the floppy bits are gathering around the middle part of me, so need to try and get rid of them

Late in here as we had an early appointment at the doctor, stopped off for some food shopping on the way home. E's been fitted with a 24hr monitor as his BP was sky high when we went for our check ups. Tbh I think it's more a case of 'white coat syndrome' well it was last time so hopefully nothing to worry about.

Morning all, it's bright and breezy here, but cool. Got back from Blackpool last night and we are both exhausted today - flying into Manchester makes for a much longer journey (Blackpool airport closed down). Had a great time though, and danced more than we have since we were last there a year ago. Ended up yesterday with six of us having some nice food and plenty of chat in Manchester Airport, which finished the weekend off nicely. Lots to do today, but finding it hard to muster up much energy for it. Michael's plaster is hopefully coming off today and the wires removed, so hopefully all will be well with it having healed properly. Better get on before I fall asleep in the chair!
