Up early, to watch the grand prix, then a stroll down to the village, as we might be meeting some people from that other board

After a marathon day out yesterday/last night I am delighted to be spending the day at home today.

Reading, footy and Masterchef to be watched.

Resident chef is making stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, chunky wedges and an 'exotic' salad for dinner and I'm looking forward to the 4 of us sitting down and catching up with each other.

Usual kind of Sunday here - B is working, Mick and I are planning a trip to Morrisons and then later this afternoon we're popping round to D's so she can see all the holiday photos Mick and I took, and choose which she wants to print. Around all that we'll be watching the iplayer for Inspector Montalbano, the Poldarks I missed, and another episode of that Back in Time for Dinner

I'm full of catarrh so I need to go and get some more Sudafed. We were going to go out for lunch today but MrsC and I both feel off it so it's going to be scrambled eggs on toast for Sunday dinner!

Morning all. Lovely morning here - we are off to the allotment shortly (though I won't be doing much as my back is as stiff as a board. A friend has given me the number of a chiropractor that she used and I will be ringing him tomorrow).

No other plans - call in on the inlaws, call in on mum and thats about it.
