I actually think it's too big and it's right at the very top of our money, but the location is ideal.

The school house has probably sold, the owner is letting me know as soon as the promissary has been signed. We can still see it, if not signed, in a couple of weeks.

It's more modern, yes, Kaz. But it's smaller than ours, on the same road, opposite a gypsy campsite and the charges for the pool and grounds are more than our annual "council tax" :shock: :shock:

As Grumpy said, you could buy ours, put a pool in, and still buy a new Merc 8-)
