I've tried over here - again - and they just don't do it. My skin, in one spot, is red raw, and of course, it won't heal and sticking a sticky thing on it doesn't help. I'm ringing another company tomorrow, to see what they can suggest.

Aw what a shame! We had palm trees in our garden, at our last house, but the bad winter of 2010/11 killed them
