I would normally be, but

A) I don't want to set Fraggle off panicking, so it might be more sensible to wait until he and Peps have gone to the Kennels, on Saturday, and

B) I haven't got the energy yet :?

I am a bit worried actually, I did feel a bit better earlier but now my chest really hurts and I keep feeling a bit faint. I HAVE to be well enough to fly by Sunday otherwise I ruin this for everyone :? :(

Might go to the doc's after all tomorrow :?

Understand about Fraggle.

And get yourself to the doc's tomorrow, pronto. The last thing you want/need to to feel rubbish before going away, espeically on a plane.

Can you take something now? and maybe help you to sleep?

I was so looking forard to waving, as you flew over - ish

I am taking paracetemol, and a mega-vit C (1000%)and zinc fizzy thing. I will sleep I think, I slept like a log last night, far better than normal, I was exhausted! :?

The reason I didn't see the doc before was I was convinced this was viral, so no point, but now I'm worried it might be something nasty. The timing here is totally cr@p!!

Timing is always crap, its so annoying, old Sod and his law.

Even if you don't have an infection, it might be a good idea to get some antibiotics to take with you, just in case

(((hug))) Kaz, really hope the appointment today is a good one and you get something from the doctor. It does sound as though things may have gone to your lungs in which case some AB's will hopefully sort you out very quickly.

Well I'm good to go :D I've definitely had a virus, which the doc says I've fought off nicely, the chest pain isn't infection (he gave me a good once over, took my BP, temperature and oxygen levels with one of those finger clip things and they were all normal :) My throat was inflamed but not infected he said - so he gave me a script for amoxycillin 'just in case', which he said to get filled but not start taking unless I coughed anything nasty up ;) Oh and wished me a nice holiday :)

I am very relieved!
