Work today 4 - 8 but as we break up tomorrow all the classes will be just games...the students love Scrabble and English Monopoly.

Really bright and sunny here

We're about to have brekkie then pop down to the village for some fresh veggies. As it's so nice a stroll around the harbour is likely too.

Good morning, all.

I am feeling a little better this morning. I felt rotten yesterday, as my nostrils
were extremely painful every time I inhaled, but only when in our living room.
I then recalled that I had similar problems many years ago, when we had certain
flowers in the house. This time it was a bunch of lovely daffodils from M & S - so
out they went, and, when fresh air had filled the room, my problem was solved.

Hope all you other poorly ones are feeling better, too.

Don't want to speak too soon but there may be a minor improvement
I did manage to eat a small piece of lovely cod last night, with one new potato and a spoonful of peas - the first proper food since last Thursday! Not allowed any dairy so baked it in foil to make a bit of juice. Can't really say I enjoyed it but it must be a good thing.

Lots to get done today unfortunately, could do without this damned cold on top of everything else
