Parts of the north of Portugal and even the Alentejo had a massive thunderstorm, with hailstones

Keeps changing here, sun then dark clouds and showers.

Nope, not better yet. No change whatsoever until about an hour ago when I thought maybe the pains weren't quite as bad - clutching at straws a bit I know
It's a blinking long time is all I can say, to be this severe and to feel this bad No more than two hours tops between trips to the loo, and have to force down half a piece of toast every now and then as it's apparently even worse if the stomach gets empty
But according to the dr I saw, perfectly normal. Hmmmph.
On top of that I now have a cold
This time next week it'll all be history

I phoned the surgery, I'd realised they wouldn't want me in there!
My Gp phoned me back just now; she thinks it's gone on too long without improving too, so was putting out a sample pot (lovely); Bb had arrived home so he's gone to collect it. Don't know how long it takes but at least we'll know.

Had a hard day, will update eventually about Dad etc but it's coming together now.
Trouble is I'm the only one who can liaise between Dad's family (his brother & family), Mum's family (quite large and still consider Dad very much part of their family) and s/mother...and one of those hadn't bothered considering the other two
