Good morning Monday

I have`nt joined in much lately as i feel rotten too
I caught this bug just after Christmas and can`t seem to shake it off.
I have a cough, bad stomach, dizzy spells and generally feel yuk
The doctor says it is one of the bugs that is doing the rounds this year.
I forgot-i was also covered in spots but they have cleared up now.
I don`t sleep well so wake up tired and don`t want to do anything or
go anywhere but have to as no one else will.
Hopefully it will improve as the weather brightens up.

We all seem to have the same things It's very odd it's not flu
My drs said it's everybody seems to have it

Well, it seems that Mrs A and I are not the only ones suffering from these bugs
that are going the rounds now.

One thing might be of interest - I find that I can get a good trouble-free night
if I anoint my chest with plenty of good old Vick. Nothing else seems as good.

Kaz you need to get on the drugs, you still have time before you go away. If you have a throat infection, three days of anti-bs will help you get on top of it, paracetamol will help the temperature etc. Take action tomorrow if you still feel rotten, you don't want to be sick going away.

Lissie that is a very long time to feel so bad it seems a long time for a bug to hang around, do you think you should ask the doc if there is some underlying infection there? So sorry about your tooth, that must seem like the last straw xxx
