Sunday, Sunday

Morning all :) What no Ally here first? Must have a hangover :P ;)

It's gloomy here first thing but then we aren't out today - having an early roast lunch here as H has to get back! D is due at 12.30 so better get a wriggle on with dinner - with some help :P No sign of B and H yet but I think they have some Mother's Day surprises for me, enough hints have been dropped ;)

Happy Mothers Day to the mums here, and to all of our mums, wherever they are (((((x)))))

Good morning, Kaz, and anybody else who is up and about.
Ally seems to have had a good day yesterday so may be missing for a few hours.

A lazy day today. I fitted a new security light at the back of the house. The original one had stopped working. When I took the old one down and tried it on a temporary connection in the garage it stayed on all the time.
So I was up and down a ladder many times yesterday. The new light works, but I will have to adjust the time the light stays on. It is over five minutes but gives good illumination over th back garden.
Have a good day everybody

Morning all. Get this - its 8.50am on a Sunday morning and not only am I up - I'm up, dressed and run done!!!!!!

Pottering this morning - Mick put me some metal flower things on the decking fence yesterday so I am going to fill them with compost and plant them up. Then need to go get petrol and nip to Sainsburys before picking my mum up.

Mum and my sis and her partner are coming here for a late lunch/early dinner - it was just my mum as we assumed my sister would be sleeping (she usually works on a Saturday night) but she sent me a text yesterday inviting herself and Roy along. Am quite looking forward to it.

No other sign of life here (apart from the dog who came along the canal with me) so I'm hoping to have half an hour with my book before I make a start.

Good luck on the run today Ally.

Afternoon all, dull dreary day here. Miss Osc called earlier with some lovely tulips and I had bought her some flowers too as SIL is away on a stag weekend. She and the children were going to collect my sister and head into town to have a look at some of the St Patrick's weekend festivities. We are going dancing later on. I feel like I have a cold coming on :( but maybe it won't get a grip on me. Good to hear that Weka seems to be ok. Hope Ally managed her 10K after yesterday's imbibing   Have a good day everyone :)

hi all,

Lazy Sunday here, Amy went out with my mum at 8am once mum had finished her night shift, came back half hour later with lovely flowers for me :)

Breakfast was made for me and also lunch, still relaxing watching dvd's and going to mums later for a roast beef dinner.

Hope the run went well Ally :) and everyone is having a nice day
