Going to the bank to get some money. Having boiler service done Wednesday and we pay cash. Yes, we do geta receipt.

Was up bright and early as England are playing in the cricket world cup - always a nervous time
They're playing Bangladesh and have to win to go through to the next round (and then beat Afghanistan). So far so okayish.

Bb's off to the dentist for a check-up soon after he gets back with Minnie, then work here, work out later and he's done.
I shall be finally getting organised

Morning all - started off as a lovely sunny morning, but chilly. Apparently though they're expecting the cloud to come in and wind and rain this afternoon / evening.

Usual work day for me today. Meeting up with a friend for dinner hopefully, but that'll all depend on how late I may be tonight. We have a board meeting next week Monday and we usually aim to get the board packs out a week in advance, ie tonight and that often ends up being an 8pm finish or so just sitting around waiting for everyone to give final agreement and whilst our administrators usually send out the board packs, we have learned from experience that it's often quicker if we send them.

But there is a chance that we'll only be sending them out tomorrow; which would be good

Morning all. Bright but very chilly here.

Work for me until around 12pm and then off for a shuffle along the canal. I'm moving onto week 4 today - 3 minutes running, 90 seconds walk, 5 minutes running, 2.5 minutes walk x 2. Gulp.

WW later followed by a FB event. I stumbled across a FB group a while ago called Old Pictures of Matlock - its fascinating - and tonight they are holding a little event at the town hall showing old photos that have appeared on FB and someone is giving a talk. I'm going with mum and meeting up with friends.

Sadly as it is straight after WW so I will have to have chips for my tea.

Had a lovely day yesterday, thought I'd bought way too much food, but it didn't take them long to demolish it

Bit overcast here at the moment, fingers crossed it stays dry long enough for us to take mother out for lunch.
