Us too!! :D (well, me and Jen will ;) )

I'm still on a high after a fantastic evening last night, being entertained by these amazing guys

Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but their voices are incredible, no accompaniment, just voices of men (and a gorgeous young lad!) who love singing - and it shows! The lady conductor was a delight, she was funny and really we laughed just as much as we appreciated the singing. The main attraction (for us) was my lovely brother, who sings a mean bass 8-) This is him, second from left - just amazing, all of it.

Today I have also fallen on my feet - in my quest to change all my mahogany furniture to oak, I have so far acquired a tv unit and have a sideboard on its way, but today I have also acquired a dining table and six chairs :D 8-) My sis has my table and chairs, we spent this afternoon transferring tables and chairs, with much hilarity and frustration as my table was a struggle to get into my sister's house!! Her door had to be removed in the end (we have two double doors so it was dead easy to get in and out of mine!) Looks great although I don't think the fabric chairs will be staying too long....Smudge has had a go on them already!

I've edited it, can you see it now? It really was Kaz - even though it was 20 miles each way (and coming back, there were roadworks so it meant we had to divert about ten miles out of our way! - unfamiliar roads too :| ) it was well worth it :D

Downside is I've mislaid my distance glasses so am struggling with some VERY OLD ONES for the telly atm - well I really need them at 9pm!!!

Gal I liked that, my mum had a very eclectic taste in music and loved male voice choirs :)

8-) :D

T amazes me, being the typical working class ex miner that he is you'd think he wouldn't be at all interested in this sort of thing - I doubt he'd have gone if it wasn't family, but he's a big believer in supporting families, and he really enjoys these type of nights :D
