Gooooood morning.

Another fine day so after my coffee it's off to trot I go.

Back to pootle and work 4 - 9.

Don is home late afternoon (imagine a very happy jumpy uppy downy dancy lady smiley )

He lands at 4.30 and as I'll be at work he'll get a taxi but is meeting me when I finish and we're going for a few beers and a bite to eat....it'll be the weekend by then.

It's our 'weekend' as well - Mick has today and tomorrow off He has to nip to the dentist's first thing - just a check up - and then we're going out. Hope it stays dry, the forecast is ok so it should

Got the new agent coming this morning, to take photos and agree the terms on the contract. Not that they can market the house yet, got another 3 weeks of Dirk (I'll have a moan about him on another thread)

Then I might just drag himself out down to the monthyl market, then again, if it's windy.....maybe not

Another lovely one here, very cold again but the wind has dropped.

We managed the top half of the town yesterday, I was wary of overdoing it and rightly so, my back was still niggling plus had to have a kip later in the afternoon.
Did get some ticks off our list though, including euros and Bb's travel insurance
Haven't tried the jeans on yet, will take them up with me in a minute.
Today's job is stripping the bed (Bb's here to help for that) - still can't dry outside here, with no sun in most of the back garden it just hangs there

This time next week will be good morning-ing from Spain

Morning all, dull out there but milder. Kellie is already here, having her nap, and Michael will be here after school, so a busy day for us. Won't have time for much else, but I might manage some ironing when she is having her big sleep later on. Have a good day everyone

We're lucky, our garden faces SW so gets reasonable sun, and we are also on a corner facing a playing field so the washing line catches the wind too

It's dry and occasionally sunny here.

Mrs A is playing Bridge this morning (She's really good at it, but it's not my game),
and I'm cooking lunch today for a change - Chicken casserole with red wine sauce,
jacketed potatoes, and all the trimmings. (wish me luck).
