Dinner tonight

Postby tonicha » 04 Mar 2015, 18:21

For the first time, I'm using my fan assisted oven :D :D for chicken breasts and hasslebak potatoes.

The garlic has been spitting    and banging away, but the joy of being able to see what is going on in the oven is bliss :D

Also got steamed brocolli, green beans and cauli, with a pepper and mushroom sauce.

And a very pleasant red wine :D :D :D

Nothing wrong in that Kaz :D :D

The only ready meals we have are those I've made

Oh and the most superb chicken breast thingies, covered on breadcrumbs - they're really lovely. Proper chicken breast too :D

Yummy burgers, in ciabatta, topped with avocado salsa & red onion, and very chunky chips :D
