David Mitchell, Paul Hollywood AND the gorgeous Michael Sheen on TV at the same time! :P :P :P :P :P

And isn't Sarah Brown really pretty. :D :D

She is, isn't she?! She came across as a really nice lady (but I can't help feeling sorry for her).

Ana from the Bombeiros rang just before 10.00, to say she's sending some boys over to collect the gas cooker and electric oven.

The Portuguese really have no conception of 10-15 minutes

It's amazing how five boxes of books turn into quite a small pile - stacked on the floor while we organise ourselves with a bookcase. I've culled them a bit but not much. Hardly anything left to move now, really making progress :D :D

Nice that they bothered to email you Ton :)

Osc yes, you can't put too many books per box as they're so heavy, I know I'd need at least 3 boxes for our small bookcase!
But I did offload half a dozen books to friend on Saturday, I was so pleased as she really wanted them :)

26 days for us - pretty much all sorted apart from Mick is trying to book us a minibus/coach to get the eight of us to Brum airport, and then back again on the return. Mick, me, Becks, H, D, SIL, BIL and one nephew     He's had a reasonable quote from the son of an old rugby mate who runs a car hire so I think we're sorted

I'm sure he's thought of it, but might be better off splitting into 2 smaller groups?

Bb's parents are away from tomorrow, so we haven't got our usual park at their house and his mum run us to and from the airport, but parking is quite reasonable at Bournemouth so we're doing that this time :)
