Kaz, I was quoted 70 for the labour, plus the spare part(s) if needed and then VAT on top of that. I'll find out tomorrow what the final bill is. And Di, obviously early days as I haven't got it back to make sure it is 100% working right; but so far I am pleased with the service. The guy collected it from me and is dropping it off and working around times that suit both of us, not just him which most businesses would do.
