Good morning Friday

Postby Ally » 27 Feb 2015, 06:34

Good morning. :D :D

Forecast gorgeous again. 8-) 8-)

We're off into Malaga for the day - a walk along the coast, lunch at a chiringuito, maybe some zip-wiring ;) and shopping. :D :D

We'll head back to our town about tea time and will meet our friends for the usual Friday banter, beers and tapas. :D :D

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally - hope you have a lovely day; it sounds amazing.

Lovely sunny but cold start to the day here this morning - had to scrape the ice off the car and struggled with the doors again, but hey it's Friday!

Usual work day for me today; was hoping to leave early but don't think that'll happen as my colleague has informed me that she's still not well so coming in for a few hours this morning to do a few things she can't do from home and will then leave. At least our receptionist is in today; she's been off sick as well for most of this week.

Have a lovely day everyone xxxx

Then I really should get that ironing done

Have a great day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Oooo - I've ordered a new sideboard :o  Going to take about 4 weeks to be delivered....that's the day we get back from hols, so I hope I can maybe rebook my delivery slot!

It's gorgeous and sunny out there today - I've been awake since half six so I got up at 7, on my day off!! I'm buzzing now although I've been online since 8am trying to sort this sideboard out....I'm going up for my shower shortly and heading into town (again! But not Darlington today) just to spend an hour in our beautiful city in the sunshine. Tom and I hope to go again tomorrow afternoon, we will have a late lunch and maybe a glass of wine or two and I think we are hoping to meet some friends too 8-) Looking forward to that.....it's an afternoon 'out' rather than an evening, seems to be the thing for oldies these days, as the oldies leave the town centre, the youn'uns are arriving

Also got some h/w to do and my hair to colour, the roots are shockingly white

Ally - zip wire???

Catch you all later xxxx

Morning all, gorgeous sunny day here today. The builder caught us off guard this morning, he arrived earlier than we thought he would to put up a wardrobe - I was just out of the shower and Mr Osc was still in bed! This is a wardrobe from our old house which Mr Osc had dismantled very carefully, and they have it nearly finished. We'll be glad to have the use of it again, one wardrobe is not enough!

Mr Osc is playing golf later and I think I will go to my favourite shopping centre as I need a few bits and pieces. Hope to go dancing this evening. Have a good day everyone :)

Ooh exciting Gal, new furniture make such a difference - we need a new sideboard too but I dread having to empty/sort out this one ;) :P

Hope you at least get off on time meriad, it's Friday after all :)

Tried adding pic of zipwire on the beach but it's too big - it's on this thread

Half expecting friend to turn up on the doorstep, had been wondering why she hadn't answered my phone message yesterday; got an email from her sister last night, saying her phone doesn't seem to be working
Bb's out working but hoping to be done by mid-afternoon

Not sure what I'm doing but am full of the joys of soon-to-be-Spring :D
Hope you all have a good day

Morning all. I'm still in bed. I did get up but am now back in there again.

I feel off it but can't put my finger on it. I had a massive asthma attack whilst lying in the bath on Wednesday night and that took it out of me yesterday. I was in bed at 2.30 yesterday afternoon and never got up again. Then at about 8pm I started with stomach cramps have to keep dashing to loo. I feel better today but very drained.

But I have to get up to go out. For Christmas I bought mum an afternoon tea and we are going today. I looked at changing it but we have to use it by next Tuesday or will lose it and I can't go on Tuesday and mum can't go on Monday so it's today or not at all. It will probably do me good to get up and go out.

Was intending on running this morning but thought I'd leave it another couple of days. The asthma seems to have nothing to do with the running I was just lying in the bath minding my own business. Asthma wise I feel fine today it's just this upset tummy but that seems a lot better. Maybe I need food haven't eaten since yesterday lunchtime.
