Morning Ally :D Morning everyone :D
After a few gorgeous days it is now rather grey and dull looking.
I made the most of the good weather yesterday and bought and planted some pale yellow primroses. They have added a splash of spring colour to my front garden :D
Bits and bobs for today, but hope to get out and do a bit more in the garden if the weather holds.
Great British Sewing Bee tonight :D
Have a good day everyone x

Good morning, all.

It looks rather dull out there this morning, so I don't think I'll be going far.

Primroses (the wild kind) are my favorite flowers, too. The vary-coloured
garden varieties are lovely, too. When their flowering season is over, it is
best to cut off all the dead flowers, and the leaves, then they will produce
fresh leaves and flowers next time. (So Monty Donn says).

Hope you are all well. Have a good day.

Morning all - another beautiful sunny morning but sadly not expected to last very long. Rain expected as of this afternoon and most of the weekend - oh well . Loz I was going to get some plants from the garden centre at the weekend but didn't - I should have; as you say they brighten up the garden this time of year which is always lovely. Aggers I didn't know that; I'll give it a try this year

Ally enjoy the start of your weekend and Vic please send some sunshine here

Usual work day for me today followed by a few after work drinks which will be nice.

Have a lovely day all and continued vibes where needed xxx

Morning everyone

It's a lovely morning and we're off for our stroll

Then back for brekkie, then off to Olhao for the glad bag hunt and shopping on the way back.

If I have problems withthe language, I'll have to ask my friend Jenny to come with me and help out. But we'll try it on our own first.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all :D

Back to normal and a nice lie in, it's definitely a lot quieter here without the boys

Not sure what we're doing today, E's bridge on his specs needs repairing again so we'll probably pop down to the village and get them fixed. If it stays as bright and sunny as it is right now we'll probably have a gentle stroll around the harbour too.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all, it's a very wet and windy one here. John's off work today and tomorrow, he's still using up last year's holiday allocation - 1 day still to be used and then he can try to start on this year's

Off to do the shopping in a bit, might pop into Costa for coffee and cake.

I can vouch for what Aggers (and Monty Don) say about primroses and primulas as we had some which flowered year after year at our old house.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it looks like quite a changeable day out there, I'll be going out shortly to do a few bits and pieces. Planning a fairly lazy day today, need to take up a pair of trousers, might have a walk, then do some knitting or reading. Have a good day everyone :)
