It was a recipe I saw in the Sainsbury magazine. Last month I think.

I am (hopefully) running a 5k at Chatsworth. I can't imagine running a 5k but I am determined. My ticker is reminding me that I must stick to my 3x a week runs to build up to it.

I am just about to start on week 2 of a 9 week couch to 5k training programme. It's taken me just over 3 weeks to do week 1 but I can tell I'm getting better. When I did the very first run I couldn't manage to do any of the 60 second runs (8x60 seconds separated by 7x90 second walks). Now I can do it easily and am looking forward to week 2 (6x90 second runs separated with 120 second walks).

A group of us are doing it - mainly friends from the village but I am being joined by a certain Fruity lady from Chessington which I am ridiculously excited about.

I'm hoping if she's only able to stay with us one night it'll be the night after we've done it, not the night before!
