The Theory Of Everything

What an incredibly beautiful movie this is. Moving, heartbreaking, funny and inspirational. I knew little about Stephen Hawking before seeing this, just that he's an extremely clever man with a terrible illness.

Eddie Redmayne really should win the Best Actor Oscar for this, and something is very wrong if he doesn't. Can't forget Felicity Jones either, she deserves to win too.

I have the book.... it is bloody hard work even for a science geek like me. :o

The film, though, is on my bucket list. I am so glad you liked it, Jo. From what I have seen, Redmayne did a spectacular job of taking Hawking from a normal person to the one we know today.

Fantastic film, loved it, and yes, Eddie Redmayne deserves the Oscar for an acting tour de force. But Oscar voters can be strange people, you never know what they might go for :?

Amy went to see this the other week with her mum, she said she was completely overcome by it.
