I am a dreadful nurse Kaz - mind you, that's probably a good thing.
It means I don't make a fuss, and mainly ignore the patient apart from ensuring they're fed, watered and pilled :D
Once in a while I make the odd sympathetic noise...that's about it

Now I'm fed up with it and just want it to b*gger off  :D

Good morning all.

It's rather dull here, but dry.

I've not anything planned for today, but I've plenty of odd jobs to do.

Have a nice day.

That would be me also Di - I think you're coping v well with Fluman tbh - just take care you don't succumb!! xxx

You hae our sunshine Kaz, we have had a gorgeous week up till yesterday....today is dark and gloomy though :( T has a birthday today so this evening we are all off out to celebrate, hopefully Lily's cold will be a bt better or D won't be able to join us :( I'm having a lovely day of peace and quiet, as Jen is also at work which is unusual as she usually works evenings, hence is home all day....drives me mental as she has the place a mess with sewing and cutting out, oh and Radio 6 on from morning till night :| Peace and alone-ness is great!! :D

Off to Alnmouth for a night tomorrow so won't be about until late Sunday.....have a good day all :D xx

Oooh fab, have a great night away Gal! :D

Just been out with Becky - she got herself a new purse at work the other day (a very snazzy red mock-croc one) and when emptying it discovered two gift cards in the back!!! Both from Chris, birthday and Xmas pressies that she'd tucked in the back of the old purse and forgotten about  So she's had a shopping spree in Dotty P's buying a very nice dress with lace sleeves and two pairs of those baggy harem pant style trousers for the holiday - all without spending any money at all!

She's chuffed to bits, and I'm also very pleased with a red cropped cardi I spotted for £4.50 - ideal for popping on over a dress in the evenings out there 8-)

Evening all! We went out early today and had a bit of a shopping spree  In our defence, it was sale stuff, a lot of which was 70% off ;) I got three skirts and a nice lineny summer dress (the dress was reduced from €63 to €18, it would have been rude not to take it :D ), we both got jeans in the Gap outlet, and on the way home, we bought a new telly - that was planned! Had a nice dinner and now trying to find a film to watch. :D :D at Fluman!!
