Happy New Sofa Kaz!!! :D Looking forward to pictures :)

Ria, I love the sound of that restaurant! Have a fab evening, and I hope the weather is good enough for Nadine to play with her new camera tomorrow :D

I did an extra half hour on the treadmill rather than go to the library in the end. Yes Ria, that was precisely why ;) Debbie, I don't think that the noisy boys would work seeing as they have three of their own, one of whom used to practise with his thrash metal band in their house and another who has a set of drums in his room ;)

Afternoon all, we were up and out early to go to SIL's family business to look at fabric samples for our blinds, which was fun and gave us a totally different idea to what we had been thinking. We've more or less decided, but brought home the pattern book to see the fabric in different lights - the great thing is that it is one of those pattern books that has matching/ complementary fabrics with the main fabrics to help you choose cushions.

Then the older builder was due here around 1pm, we were back in plenty of time and he arrived just after us, a bit early so that worked fine. He was chatting away and taking photos, when he glanced out the window amd remarked that his wfe was walking up the street - she had gone for a walk while waiting for him, as they were going on somewhere else. Well we insisted he bring her in, and she was really nice. I would say she is the same age as myself, maybe a year older, and of course this being Ireland and Dublin, we soon figured out someone we both knew  She had a good look around, and she was telling us that her hubby has been talking a lot about the project, and showing her photos. The lads are working on the roof again today, they have to finish as rain is due this evening. I've a couple of things to post so will wander up to the shops in a while. Knitting and watching tv this evening. Enjoy the rest of the day everyone :)
