Morning all, it looks pleasant enough out there, and I think the temperature is maybe 4 or 5 degrees which is not at all bad. We had a lie on this morning with nobody due here for anything, but of course I feel more tired  Mr Osc is going to play golf and I am going shopping for bits and pieces plus a small table we've seen that we think might do for a tv table - don't like those big units as we just have our tv and Skybox.

Our dining room table and chairs arrived yesterday and we are delighted with them - Michael was first to use them, for drinking his milk and doing his homework :D So on my shopping list today are some nice table mats to match in with our colour scheme....imagine, married 42 years and this is our first brand new dining room table and chairs  Back home for spag bol and an early night, we are going to Castlebar in Co. Mayo for the day tomorrow and the train is at 7.30am  We are going to a Month's mind mass for our friend's husband who died last month and we weren't able to make the funeral.

Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all :)
Lovely and bright here but that vicious wind still.

P'raps you should get a dog Ton, that might encourage himself a bit :D
Debih it must be hard going, the recovery plan sounds good (((x)))
Enjoy your sort-out Kaz, I love chucking stuff out :D
Ooh Osc exciting, and lovely once you get to choose just little bits and pieces that 'go' :)

Bb has an ordinary day's work today, no late appointment thank goodness :)
Think I'll walk up into the village, any cobwebs will definitely get blown well away :D
Hope you all have a good day, and thoughts for those not so well
Di

So did I, only £1 even in W/rose - couldn't resist :D

We're in trouble now, Bb came home early shivering and feeling awful, think it's the 'flu
He took 2 paracetamol and went straight to bed with a hot water bottle and extra blanket - it's almost unheard of for him to be properly ill.
I'm not a good nurse, so he'll be left well alone apart from pills and drinks :D

They're nice Osc :D :D :D Just right for grubby fingers ;) ;)

Oh dear Di - hope it's not the flu, just a nasty virus. And also hope you don'0t catch it - wear a mask and stay clear as much as you can. Pills and drinks can be left on the bedside cabinet, pushed on with a long broom handle.
