Shell, Mevagissey is in trouble.

And it is all to do with a local walk

Oh dear, you had better take a hard hat on your next visit.

I am not sure what to make of it all.

Farcical!

The explanation for the name is there. Some people have nothing better to do than moan.....

Oh dear, I do read the minutes from the Council meetings when I am there (sad I know) and I saw that it had been agreed to rename it. At the time I thought it was a bit strange, but I didnt know the history.

I can see both sides. My thoughts are it was always going to be a controversial decision. If it is what local people have always called it, then did it really need a street sign to cause more controversy? But then it was only removed in 2005, so its not as if it was removed during the war years. See I really can see both sides in this one

It's a good job Germany's dictator had not been called Adolf High.

Would that have meant the end of all our High Streets?

Some people seem to have nothing better to do than complain about something or other.

Diddums.
