Morning Ally :) Great news about your students' results 8-) :D

Well we've had a sprinkling of snow here, in the night! The first of the winter, hopefully it won't lie though :? House stuff today, then a walk if it hasn't snowed too much!

Poor Pepper - Becks trimmed her eyebrows and moustache for her yesterday but it looks a bit chopped, nearly as bad as when I took the scissors to our Sheltie when I was 7 or 8, after watching a Blue Peter programme about poodle parlours

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all. Snowy and cold here this morning although the sun does seem to be trying to come out.

I was at the dentist first thing with L. I have changed her to a different practice with a lady dentist in the hope that she will be less nervous. We got there, booked in, sat in the waiting room and were then called back to reception to be told that the dentist had just rung in to say her daughter was ill and had had to turn back home. L was over the moon! So another appointment made for 16 Feb.

Work for me today - busy day and also have my stupid 6 week review. It really is pointless! In the 6 weeks since my last review I have had 2 weeks off for Christmas and 1 week off to use up my holiday so of course I won't have done much since the last review. Never mind - at least I am really busy at the moment so don't have to make up things that I have to do!!!

Morning everyone

Grey and cloudy here this morning and not very warm either.

Whoops at the hair-cut Kaz ;)

Well done to your students Ally :D

Why a 6 week review Debih? Once a year was bad enough, but 6 weeks?

Tum feeling better this morning, but I'll carry on with the tablets for another day or so, just to make sure all is settled.

And a bland dinner again tonight ;) Grumpy had all the left over curry to himself last night

Have as good a day as possible everyone xx and hugs Mr PP, Ally's dad and Bb xx

Good morning, all.

Cold and sunny here, with a light sprinkling of snow.
I'm off for my morning walk now.

Hope you are all well. Have a nice day.

Good Morning all :D
It has started to snow here but not settling at the moment :D
Have got a bit of a dilemma--it is the funeral of my old neighbour today
and i really don`t want to go :(
My other neighbour has said her son will take us but they are going to
the church, then crematorium which is miles away then back to a pub.
I have`nt slept well, been awake since 4am and feel tired.
I am sitting here trying to pluck up courage to go and tell them i am
not going with them but if i feel better will drive myself to the church
for the service.
What would you do?
I was`nt that close to old Jean but we had been neighbours for over 20
years :D

Drive yourself if you feel up to it Lissie, then you can come back when you feel its too much xxx

Ton keep taking the tablets ;) And get better soon! :D xxxx

That's a nuisance about the dentist's Debih, and the review!

Morning Aggers :)

The sun is out here now and the snow starting to melt, I think I'll be fine for my walk 8-)

We've had our stroll

I got so fed up yesterday, I went for a much longer walk, down to the village, by the harbour, along the beach and back. Lovely. Might do it again today.

The tum is a Gladys thing again, so I'm not worried, just uncomfy :( :( :(

Morning all, it's a glorious morning here, wall-to-wall sunshine although extremely frosty. We are waiting for the ESB to come and put in our permanent electricity supply and a new meter, the electrician is due also. This was supposed to be done on Thursday, then put off until Friday without anyone telling us. Then I got a phone call early Friday afternoon to say that the truck had broken down  poor ESB would appear to have only one truck in the whole country  Got another call yesterday to say they would be here this morning. Mr Osc is just off for a walk around the block and I am going to Pilates at 11am. I suppose houseworky stuff for the rest of the day - I got inordinate pleasure from using my new washing machine for the first time last night, how sad is that

Love to all the poorlies and everyone else, have a good day :)

Its ridiculous Ton. The whole company has them every 6 weeks. We have one big one a year (our imap????) and then have reviews every 6 weeks.

I only work part time - half the normal hours - so its like me having a review every 3 weeks!!!!
