It's lovely to see your name printed in red, too, Ally.

We've just had it coming down really heavy for about 45 minutes.

So they closed the secondary school and let all the kids out. Then it stopped. And the sun came out.

There's about an inch settled.

It's been on and off here all morning. Snow and then sunshine. Apparently it's quite heavy just over by the M5 so it's not far away.

Same here, Jo, it can't make its mind up! We had a good covering this morning and as it is not above freezing it is going nowhere.

Nothing here at all, so far .... ! We had a brief snow flurry about 13:00, but as soon as it looked as if it was starting to pitch, it turned to rain then stopped. All traces now disappeared. A very weak, watery sun out now.

Ours had all melted. It's just started again though and is coming down heavier than it has all day. There was bright sunshine a few minutes ago
