Morning all :D

Hugs for the poorly peeps, hope you feel better soon x

That's a nice skirt Di, enjoy your meal out this evening.

Bright and sunny here at the moment, fingers crossed it stays that way until later today. We've another viewing at 11.30. The bungalow has been on the market for a while now, on paper it looks nice if a little small, will be interesting to see why it's not moved.

Hope you all have a good day :D

We think we're going to go to Prezzo tonight, just in the town. We've tried going out to eat other years but in January nowhere's up to scratch, I end up feeling it's a waste. We haven't been for quite a while so will enjoy it :)
Hope you all have a good day

Thanks Molly, I did know (I get the emails lol) but we have Tesco clubcard vouchers too so will probably use some of those ;) :D

We like Prezzo too meriad, definitely my favourite of the pizza chains, and although you don't have to have pizza we both invariably do - olives first of course ;)
You can spend an awful lot of money around here and end up disappointed, I'd really rather go and know we'll both really enjoy it :)

Good morning all.

What a cold one, too.
I've been a walk this morning but had a job to stay upright.
The pavements were so treacherous.

Have a nice day.

Good afternoon all, it's an icy one here too. Haircut for me this morning, I usually walk - it's around 7 miles there and back with a drop in at my parents on the way to leave Billy with them - but the paths are dreadful so I got the bus, or rather I got 4 buses. Such a faff for something that's over and done with so quickly, it was bang on 11 when I walked in for my appointment and I looked on my watch as I left and it was 11.11am :lol

We're forecast heavy rain and strong winds tonight so John's cancelled his usual Wednesday night ride so we're going to Ikea instead. We're replacing our bedroom furniture and like their range that you more or less design to suit yourself, we've decided on what we need but have to decide on the wood finish and doors.

Really liking this, Joe ordered a bluetooth keyboard for his iPad for when he's revising so it came at the weekend and we were impressed with it so I ordered myself one which came this morning, it makes typing so much easier.

Have a good day all!

Oh yes, I hope you're feeling better soon Kaz. Tom's started with a sore throat and a cough, and then this morning Joe was coughing away so I'm hoping that we're not in for family cold No2.

I think I might chance a walk with Billy shortly, the paths look to have cleared.

Well I'm out from under the duvet, but only as far as the sofa downstairs, still in my fluffy DG   I don't feel any worse, so fingers crossed it's nothing much ;) :)

Afternoon all, been busy busy! The weather is pretty fierce here, very windy and forecast to get stormy. We were out at the house this morning and I came back full of good intentions to iron and start packing, but all I've done is faff about, finish my book, make some phone calls, do paperwork and now I am taking my time over a condolence letter to a dear friend whose husband died last week. It was a funeral we should all have gone to but the funeral was on Saturday, we didn't find out until about 8pm on Friday evening, and they live in Co. Mayo which would be a considerable drive or train journey so we couldn't make it. Going dancing this evening, with the weather closing in we probably would not have bothered, but it is A's 50th birthday, she and her husband own the studio and he wants to have a little party for her so we will make the effort. Tomorrow will be devoted to matters domestic !!
