I've just made celariac soup.

I've never tried celariac before. Hugh FW was cooking it on his show last week and it looked lovely and creamy.

I will not be buying celariac again.

Did you not realise it tastes rather like celery Debih? :D
We love it, cooked and mashed with potato, grated raw in slaws, in soups... :D

A french couple looked at our house before Christmas, don't think they'll be buying it - but

ever since then, every time they're cycled past (4 times), driven past (twice) they've beeped and waved with BonJours shouted out and a wave.

They're a really lovely couple - shame we can't speak the same language :oops: :lol: :lol:
