Lovely five minutes of Jitterbug. Smooth, slick, neat and fun and they are Senior Citizens! The bloke is that good even I could look like a half decent dancer if he was leading me!

Dancing is such a fun thing to do and really keeps you fit.

They look in great nick for senior citizens.

Fascinated me the way they kept their upper bodies smoothly still, no shoulder hunching or twisting, and all movement in legs and arms. I love it
