Good morning New Year's Eve Wednesday

Postby Ally » 31 Dec 2014, 07:14

Good morning. :D :D

Another gorgeous day forecast on the Costa. 8-) 8-)

Hairdresser Eduardo is coming round at 11 this morning to cut my hair. :D

Don, myself and our lads will be heading to Hairy Mary's at 11.30 tonight.

At midnight we'll gather with hundreds of others at the town hall for the traditional grapes and Cava as the bells ring. :D

Then back to Hairy Mary's for a party. :P :P :P

Have a great day everyone. :D :D :D

Jumping the gun a bit as we're off to see the New year in with Z and the boys, won't be back home until later tomorrow. We'll be meeting them at Bluewater first for our annual Christmas trip to the cinema, this year the boys have chosen Penguins of Madagascar, should be fun.

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year :D

Good morning and Happy New Year!

It's very frosty out, I'm waiting for John to get up so that we can take Billy for a walk, them it's off to the supermarket for food shopping, and that'll be via Argos to pick up a hair dryer I've reserved. The cable's split on mine so John said a while back that I needed to get one before I go up in a puff of smoke.

Not sure what plans we have for the rest of the day, I don't like New Year. The thought of a new year starting always makes me feel anxious about what it has in store, silly really because it's just dates on a calendar isn't it.

Have a good one, whatever your plans may be.

Happy Hogmanay to you all :)

Its a cold and dull morning here but the cars are not frozen, quite mild, my phone says it is 6 degrees wow!

We are going out for lunch today with a friend, going to a chinese buffet place, and then we will spend the evening in the house watching tv and having fun :)

Happy New Year when it comes

Morning everyone

A gorgeously sunny morning, but chilly out there

Off food shopping to, as everything is shut tomorrow - then stopping at a couple of car places and see what they've got :P :P :P

I expect we'll be in bed early, as per normal, we're not New Years Eve party people any more

Have a good day everyone, and enjoy yourselves xx

Morning all :)

Have a great time, those of you celebrating! We're in doing nothing special, as per! Every NY I say to Mick that we really ought to arrange something, and go somewhere, but I suppose if I was bothered enough I would sort it :? Getting old I reckon :?  So we might still be up, with a bottle opened, but most likely will be asleep - at least until the fireworks start

Going shopping with H today - Mick and B are both working, but Mick is only back for today and then off again until Monday :) Harry has Christmas money and vouchers so we'll be trawling HMV, Game and Sports Direct no doubt

Have a good day everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! :D :D :D :D

Morning :)
Much milder here, and still dry.

We'll be having a nice meal - I trimmed off the two 'nuggets' of steak from the rib so will get those out of the freezer.
Usually we stay up, watch Jools with a break for the fireworks and share a bottle of Champagne - there's one left ;)

Before all that, not sure - washing and stuff probably, and more yummy soup for lunch :)
Hope you all enjoy it whatever you do
