Tis a good job Don has the news on and they're saying what day it is cos I haven't a clue!

Another lovely one on the horizon though.

A yomp for me into town to go to the bank, post office and Mercadona..that'll be my morning taken care of!

We had a fabby time in Victoria Rincon so will upload some photos later whilst doing what I've been doing all this holiday.....eating!!!

Ally I'm the same, but I'm reliably informed that it's Tuesday B has already left to go to Cheltenham for her last rabies jab, and we're just having brekkie and waiting for my sis and BIL to come round, should think it will be a while yet What we do then is up to them, a walk round the Docks might be nice

A gorgeous morning out there but by heck, that'sa chilly wind

I feel a lot better this morning, so the ironing calls - sadly.

Dinner already done, pork shoulder and peppers, just need some sweet potato mash and veg to go with it. Not chips, as requested by "some-one"

And I think a sit outside, out of that wind, with a beer or two later will be something to look forward to

I'm glad I'm not the only one who don't know what day it is. I'm absolutely lost.

It's frosty and sunny here, but I'm not going out.
This wretched cough/cold I have is now in it's fifth week and I can't shake it off.
It keeps coming and going.

Morning all
Even colder last night, still frost on the cars and will take longer to go as there's no sun today. Still prefer it to all that rain
There are quite a few accidents being reported on the local radio, but then there always are, especially in the wet, people just don't take enough care do they

Lol I was quite pleased I'd kept track of the days and wondered if the usual weekly market would be on in the next town - till I tore yesterday off the little calendar and discovered it's only Tuesday - the market's Wednesday

Eldest and I did exactly as we did last year and both bought Bb the same Dvd - his fault as he told both of us that's the film he wanted (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes)
We'd both bought it from amazon so while thinking what a faff, and remembering I'd slung the packaging, I had a brainwave - and took it to Tesco
They were quite happy as it was sealed, and actually they'd sold out - and had the other one he said, Expendables 3, so we were all happy

We now have a lovely mix of veg so today will be making a big batch of soup

Mornng all.

Tidying round for me today ready for our friends coming tomorrow, must put some washing on, make soup, walk dog.

But first I need to get out of bed!!!!

I'm back from my stompy yomp into town - amazingly the bank, post office and Merci had extra staff on!

My friend keeps chickens and they produce the biggest delicious eggs - I'm going to have poached eggs on toast then sit in the sun with some jelly tots and read.

Morning all, feeling fractionally improved this morning after a slightly better night, but still a way to go and I'm pleased we postponed Michael's sleepover until Thursday. Today we are getting our white goods delivered to the new house and we were given a three-hour window 2-5. Now we don't want to be hanging around in the cold so I phoned this morning and asked if the driver could phone one of us a bit beforehand. The guy was very helpful and said he would get the driver to phone half an hour beforehand which is really helpful - we can pop up to see Miss Osc and family while we are waiting. Hope it works out. Need to do some shopping as well, after which I reckon I will be wiped out so it will be home for a quiet evening. Have a good day everyone
