Good morning Friday

Postby Ally » 19 Dec 2014, 06:22

Good morning. :)

Another gorgeous day forecast. 8-) 8-)

Day one of my 3 weeks off and we're going into Malaga for the day. :D :D

A walk along the coast and lunch at a chiringuito - probably the one I went to with Di & Bb. :D :D

Some retail therapy and then a look see at the Christmas lights. :D :D :D

Back to our town late tonight for beers and tapas with our friends. :D

Have a great day everyone. :)

Morning all. Quite nice here this morning.

Busy day for me today.

Lidl with mum this morning, work xmas lunch, take S to bowling alley, call at Sainsburys for stuff I can't get at Lidl, fetch S from bowling, shower, out with friends.

I'm exhausted just thinking about it!

Morning all :)

The weather here is a bit cloudy, well indoors it is anyway  Me and B had words last night as she shoved her washing into the machine on top of mine and ended up tumble drying my best jeggings and leggings (which I never tumble) and then tried to blame me for leaving hem in there. I think the jeggings are ok but the leggings look short in the leg   :x :x Bit of a storm in a teacup really but I was pretty mad last night. We row VERY rarely, I think she was on edge because she had an unexpectedly low mark on an assignment that came through yesterday   It will blow over......................

I need to get on with some present wrapping today, and maybe clear the ironing

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning everyone

Glorious here :D :D :D

Oh dear Kaz    I remember problems like that when we had the boys at home - half their wardrobes stuffed in the machine and then just left :x This was before I educated them   - I actually threw out one load of clothes as they'd been in the machine for nearly a week - I certainly wasn't going to out them out - you put them in, you take them out. :x :x

We're off down to the village later,. I found 99 flavours of gelatine yesterday - just not plain    and we'll drop some lemons off to Nizette, as the tree in the back garden is positively laden with them and we can't use them all.

Then back here and hope the viewing goes as well as we hope.

Have a good day everyone and enjoy yourselves, especially Ally and Debih :D :D

Morning :)
A bit brighter out there today and not raining :D

Good choice Ally :)
Ton ask at the Capri where they get it from, they might sell/give you a sachet or whatever ;)
Good luck with the viewing x
Debih will it slow down a bit after today? (((x)))
Kaz you're bound to have the odd bit of friction, and that would make me cross too xx

Bb's going to collect the mini fridge from his mum & dad's, I might go with him as far as the next town for some shopping.
W/rose delivery this afternoon - brilliant deal, we got £15 off for first online shop, plus they had a wine offer on :)
Hope you all have a good day

Morning all, lovely bright morning here but pretty nippy, plus there was a gale force wind during the night. I didn't sleep too well so am rather tired. We had a lovely day in Galway yesterday even though the weather was fairly miserable. Revisited our youth a bit as we both worked there in the summer of 1970, that's the year we got engaged.

Shortly I will be setting off to collect a letter box from a place in Co. Meath, about a 50 minute drive away, then I will bring it straight to the site. Because of the conservation element of our build we had to be careful about our letter box, we found this one and it had to be ordered from England. They would have couriered it but we had a bad experience recently with something coming by courier which took nearly two weeks, so I said I would collect it.

No other plans for the day, Mr Osc is playing golf. Chilli for dinner and catching up on some tv. Have a good day everyone :D

Good morning all.

Had a sleep-over this morning, after a busy musical evening yesterday.

Mrs A has gone into town now, so I'm going to wrap up her Christmas presents.

Whatever you're doing, enjoy it. :P

Morning all :)

Good luck with the viewing Ton x

We did a good shop yesterday ready for the weekend and then Z rang to say youngest was sent home from school with a nasty cough. Not sure how serious it is, apparently there's a bug going round, so won't know if they can still come for dinner Sunday until sometime tomorrow.

No plans for today, must do a general tidy up and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day :)

Ooh Ton all those lemons, how lovely!! :D

Osc that sounds wise, hope the trip and the letterbox are both ok ;)

Happy wrapping Aggers, I'm going to do some later - the sun came out and I'm going out for a walk to enjoy it 8-) ;)
