Not without a few problems. I didn't have the right sized tin and didn't want to buy one. The idea was to make 2 smaller ones, but there were only 6 sheets in the pack of filo so wasn't sure it would be enough
On the BBC food website a couple of people said they just made it on a baking sheet - good idea, except as it cooked it grew...and grew
We think it's ok. Bb had the brilliant idea that when it's served, I'd cut out a wedge to show the inside - so we did that
And cut a very thin slice off that to taste - ooh it's yummy
