Good Morning Sunday

Postby tonicha » 14 Dec 2014, 09:48

Morning everyone

Was gorgeous earlier, now we have lots of clouds, probably full of rain  and some sunshine.

So I think we'll be staying in, rather then venturing out - supposed to clear up by tomorrow and I have stuff to do in the village tomorrow.

Hope you all have a good day, whatever the weather and whatever you're doing xx

Good Morning Sunday

Postby Diflower » 14 Dec 2014, 09:49

Morning all :)
Dark and wet and dreary here, supposed to clear up a bit later - before it rains again

Impressed with how we did yesterday, got the furniture re-positioned, and pleased with it :)
And my fekkas all in a tub ready for next week :)
Today I might go and get the ingredients for the veggie dish for the party (cheese & spinach filo pie) as it says it can be frozen, then I can make that tomorrow.
I really am trying to not have to do very much for this party, I want to enjoy it too ;)

Sports Personality of the year tonight - very much an annual tradition in this house, and for both of us growing up too :D
Hope you all have a good day

Oh well that explains why THIS wouldn't post as the topic did not exist  :?   Hilarious!

Morning everyone :)

It's dry and bright here, so might get some tidying up done in the garden later  Shopping first, so Morrisons in a bit then nipping into Halfords for a car manual for Harry (he's doing car maintenance at school) and then some printer ink from Currys ;) So a busyish day, although there will definitely be time to watch Inspector Montalbano on iplayer later - yum yum! ;) :P :P

Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all, it's quite breezy here but bright although there was a shower earlier. No particular plans for the day unless Miss Osc needs us as they finally move today. Mr Osc will be watching the match at 1.30 and I'll do some houseworky stuff, then SCD results later. Have a good day everyone :D

Sunny and frosty here today.
Bits and bobs for me, plus a big roast for later as the boys and girls will be here.
Have a good day everyone :D

Oh well, we had just said we would go for a walk when I got a stressed phone call from Miss Osc asking me to go and either mind the children or help with final packing so I will head off shortly. Guess the ironing will have to wait :x

Good afternoon all, it's breezy and grey here although milder than yesterday - I was regretting wearing a cardi under my jacket after 5 minutes of walking this morning. It's not that mild though, my jacket is just very warm :D

Just phoned my Mom to see how a Dad is this morning. He was out at Tesco. His wrist is broken and he's plastered up, he's got to go to the fracture clinic tomorrow morning and he said that there was talk of possibly needing a plate in it. All told they were at the hospital for 5 hours yesterday, it took over an hour to see the triage nurse even though they were told that he'd be called within 10 minutes, John went and had a moan in the end and it seemed that he'd been overlooked.

John's back early from his ride today. Joe and myself are watching the match at 1.30 so he was warned that dinner must be done and everything eaten and tidied away by then. They're having pasta bake followed by Eton Mess. Not sure what I fancy but I'm definitely having Eton Mess

Tom's working all day so and I expect he and M will walk through the door just in time for tea time bacon sarnies.

Have a good day all!
