Mornng. Pitch black and lashing it down here.

Off out today with mum and my sister.m we are planning on going to chatsworth garden centre and their farm shop and then onto David Mellor at Hathersage. He's a designer who has designed bus stops, traffic lights and stuff but has an amazing studio shop where he sells very expensive kitchen stuff and cutlery. There is something so lovely about his cutlery - it feels amazing. I'm going to buy a set but it will have to be piece by piece - a canteen of it costs around £800.

They serve amazing food in their little cafe so that's where we are heading. Then we can stand and look in amazement at their £200 milk pans!

Morning both, morning everyone :)

Have fun tonight Ally :P

Debih, that sounds like a nice day planned - @ the cost of that kitchen stuff. I like the Pro Cook outlet shop here, their stuff is nice :D

Morning Saundra :)

Raining here, but B and I have a rare day out together planned! Rare since she started work for her not to be either in uni or in work, but she only has one more half day in uni tomorrow, and then she's done until the end of January 8-) She wants a few Christmas bits and has asked me along, no doubt hoping I'll buy her lunch  :? I also want to get H's passport renewal forms checked at the PO and sent - I really want to get that done before Christmas, and the queues in the PO are only going to get worse and worse, so I'll bite the bullet today! I also have a small parcel to send

Have a good day everyone xxxxx

Morning :)
Quite nice here, dry and fairly bright although a strong icy wind.

It was going to be a very quick whizz in and out but the day unit just phoned to say my drug hasn't arrived yet; it should be there at 11, but they're going to phone me once they hear from the pharmacy. Good, aren't they?
Of course it means Bb can't go out to work till later but luckily I don't think he was going out till after lunch anyway.

Debih that sounds lovely, David Mellor's stuff is beautiful :)
Ally enjoy your do, it sounds your sort of fun :D
Kaz enjoy your day, hope the PO isn't too bad.
Saundra our tree is still in the attic, we might get it down at the weekend - or maybe a bit later, I really haven't done much at all yet.
Hope you all have a good day

Morning everyone

Started out lovely, but overcast now. And cold

Off to the dentist this morning, so something soft to eat for dinner, I think :(

The money transfer has been sorted, was a nightmare yesterday, but I can now pay part of the dentists bill

Debih, wish I was with you today, that sounds fantastic. I love kitchen shops :D :D

Have fun tonight Ally, Doi have an 'ug xx and Kaz, enjoy your mum and daughter time xx

We won't be doing anything Christmassy for at least another week

Hope you all have a good day and the weather improves, even a little bit xx

Morning all :)

Bright and sunny here again :D

We had a lovely walk around the harbour yesterday, some of the boats have put Christmas decorations up, bet it looks lovely at night all lit up. Not sure what we're doing yet today, probably being a bit lazy

Hope you all have a good day :)

Morning all

Debih; your day sounds amazing - just my kind of thing.
Ally; that restaurant also sounds fab - love the waiters getting the diners dancing; what fun :P :P

Usual work day for me and then some drinks after work which will be nice. Can't be too late though as we have a board meeting tomorrow morning and I need to be in on time ;)

Have a lovely day everyone and hope you all get done what you want and enjoy spending it with family / friends
