Cartons of cream, condensed milk, gelatine and whisk, basically. With a sprinkle of something on top.

i used to make a jelly with half the amount of water then when it was just setting whisk a small tin of carnation milk in to it then when its all thick and scrummy leave to set eat before kids come home for tea
Fugi, anyone know where she is BTW, gave me a recipe for her ice-cream. Basically it was egg yolks and cream, lots of, whisked to points then left to freeze. You could add icing sugar to sweeten it if you liked, and fruit to make it posh.
