Cream pudding :D :D :D

Not sure if you or I had that when you were here, but this is really scrummy.

Cartons of cream, condensed milk, gelatine and whisk, basically. With a sprinkle of something on top.

But it's our sort of cream - and I love Fabio for saying - well, it's three cartons - how much is that? Well, over here, it's three cartons, no idea on the how much :oops: :oops: :oops:

i used to make a jelly with half the amount of water
then when it was just setting whisk a small tin of carnation milk in to it
then when its all thick and scrummy leave to set
eat before kids come home for tea :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Fugi, anyone know where she is BTW, gave me a recipe for her ice-cream. Basically it was egg yolks and cream, lots of, whisked to points then left to freeze. You could add icing sugar to sweeten it if you liked, and fruit to make it posh.

I can feel my arteries bursting as I look at that and Ton's mate Joao, the owners sons girlfriends grandmothers concoction. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Saundra that milky jelly was one of the first things I made at school cookery lessons!!! :D :lol:
