The EU total that members have provided, in financial, military and humanitarian aid, outweighs all others.

The United States has provided most military aid, true, but it is hard to quantify that contribution from the EU and the rest of Europe as each state / country is listed separately, but the total will not be that far behind the US.

And let's not forget the arms / aid from the RoW.

Nobody really knows what "enough" is. Maybe you are the only one.

They have clear evidence that they were held back from carrying out campaigns whilst Russia was vulnerable to counter attack due to lack of equipment/ammunition.

It was not until Russia had regrouped and reinforced and re armed that the RoW stood up and gave enough to rebuff Russia again.

That is patently not true.

In 2023 both Ukraine and Russia were low on munitions, but neither side ran out. That was back in October 2023. The Spring offensive and defensive never actually happened - it was a stalemate.

Nobody "deliberately" held the Ukrainians back. The various supply chains simply could not cope with the need. It was the same for the Russians even though they only had one. It happens in war.

The West's supply line is much longer and more fragmented than that of the single nation, Russia, so please stop making out that we are useless and not supporting Ukraine.

The RoW is only a minor player.

Well it is a view. Decisions to resupply were not taken until Russia was well in progress to do so.

If we had truly wanted Russia totally defeated it would have been the perfect time for the West to boost supplies and allow Ukraine to make decisive victory.

We didn't and not because we don't have quality analysts who knew this. It only leads to conclusions.
