Indeed. However, as with fooling all of the people all of the time, she fell into the trap of trying to please everyone. She should have accepted that doing one thing was going to hack off 48% of the population and doing another was going to do the same to 52%. The wise thing would have been to accept that and work with the majority.
I saw this coming last year. So I made provision. I will, at least, have a vote on which of the two candidates remain standing when voting comes around!
The rest? Well I'm Exceptionally busy right now so we'll just let that unfold and talk about it after.
I'm much more interested, right now, in Sunday night and whether the Tories, or UKIP, managed to get a single MEP. I'm even more interested in the number of people who woke up and realised that a protest party, at the time of defining moments, is of more worth than all the loyalty in the world. Especially if those who receive your loyalty simply take it for granted and betray it. The biggest news in the last month is the polling which shows transference from the EU election voting intent into Westminster. Now THAT is more than worth talking about.
