Afternoon all :D

We've been even more lazy than usual and had a very looooong lie in today. E's only just eating his porridge  I've prepared a casserole ready for this evening so a very lazy day beckons.

Good luck at the lymphoedema clinic Di xxx

Hope you all have a good day :D

Afternoon :)

The clinic was worth it. She marked dots all up both arms, measured the circumference at each dot, then a calculator programme works out the percentages different. There definitely is lymphoedema there; it's more or less even all the way up the arm, which is good really, and not very much - 8% overall.
She showed me how to do the massage and otherwise just talked about what to do/not do, etc.
I don't need to go back unless I want to or it gets noticeably worse, and if we plan on flying anywhere I can phone to get a prescription for a compression sleeve just to wear on the flight.

Good afternoon everybody. Managed to miss the heavy showers this morning when we went to the dentist. Just a check up and a polish. The dentist is very good. Now as a TV so that you can watch it while you are lying down and he is fiddling inside your mouth. The practice is now all private and the dentist has a lot more time to treat you and talk to you afterwards.
This afternoon I have done more gardening, planting more winter pansies.
There has been a lovely blue sky with a cold wind.
Hugs and vibes to those that need them. Reading other posts, some of you have very eventful lives.
As Debih has mentioned it, we have bought our Christmas cards. M & S have stared playing Christmas carols in the local store.

Glad your check up went well cruiser :)

I managed to do a food shop at Sainsbury's without setting off alarms or accosting strange men :-P It was sunny when I went out, but raining so hard by the time I finished that I rang Mick and he picked me up 8-) :D
