original booking 4th may til 9th june--cost 393.23

changed 4th may to 1st april-woman said this will incur charges ,fair enough i said,she said new flight a bit cheaper ,tax is cheaper so that will help with charges.

bank statement shows BOTH charges taken ,been on phone for 4 hours to B.A.

I never call BA, I use the Internet. You can then see exactly how much they are shafting you. I do try to avoid them but sometimes they are the cheapest.

Another name for them could be "Beyond Arrogance".... But I tend to reserve that one for Scumair.
