It is losing it's sense of humour. Perhaps my time in the Army makes my sense of humour much more in your face. Our most often quoted phrase, in the Army, was "Life is shite then you die".

Consider how time changes. Had we had this kind of technology in the 1950's it would almost certainly have been a British solider with the gun and the attackers would be Germans with bayonets.. Today that would be impossible....

Interesting choice of words for the title though. I wonder what they were thinking.

I think I'm probably about as un-PC as they come, but this day and age, I'm amazed they got away with that for as long as they did. Would have thought the LGBT brigade would have been all over it .....
