A quick run and then meeting a friend in town to go shopping and cake eating.

We didn't even get a nice frosty start, the rain came earlier than they said it would so it's dark, dull and wet again.

Bb's off fairly early, I have someone coming about 11 so had best make the place look respectable
Got nothing done yesterday so on catch-up yet again.

Morning all - a dry but rather nippy start this morning. It's the kind of day you definitely want to stay indoors where it's warm, wearing comfy slouch clothing. Thankfully though no frost / ice so I didn't have to fight with my car

Nice and bright here again

E's about to walk round for the papers. It's great the shop isn't too far away, most days weather permitting he manages to walk round, good for him and nice not having to take the car out every time. Later we're off to the cinema to see The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, it looks good, lots of action so should be perfect for us It's the first time we've been to see anything since we moved here, it's a different chain too, will be interesting to see if the cinema's much different. The good news is they also do cheap tickets all day Tuesday just like our previous one. Afterwards I expect we'll have a late lunch/early dinner somewhere, same as always

Morning all. Minus 2 and thick fog here this morning.

Work for me until lunchtime and then off to the fracture clinic with S to look at her knee. It is still very swollen.

Book club tonight - not that I actually read the book. But the wine and cake will be nice.
