Yes, I hope you get yours this week Kaz xx

It was interesting to compare the delivery service though. My Fitbit showed a fault last week so their customer service, who were brilliant, told me to scrap it and they'd send a new one. The following day I had a text from Interlink to say it would be delivered last Wednesday but I could change that if not convenient, so I changed it very easily to Monday. I expected an all day time slot but on Monday morning I had a text to say that it would be delivered by 'Adam' between 1.33pm and 2.33pm, and to check the online tracker for more details. When I did it showed that he'd just delivered item number 21 and mine was delivery number 82, and it even showed a map of where he was in relation to our house. I checked again at 1.45pm and he was at delivery number 81 and a minute later he was at the door.

Compare that with Yodel who sent a text this morning to say that my poppy was out for delivery and would be delivered, needing a signature, within the next 2 working days....

Not happy :( According to the tracker my parcel went to the courier yesterday for delivery, but so far no sign of it! They deliver until 9pm allegedly, so I will hold fire until the morning then fire off a sh*tty email

My experiences of Yodel here have not been good ones, I just hope my poppy is safe! It means a lot to me...............

 My order is not on the way yet!!

Glad to hear it is lovely though, I was a bit worried that they might be a bit bashed. Some I saw in situ on the tv looked a bit bashed up.

That's a worry Kaz :? Hopefully it's just to do with it getting busier with Christmas orders.

Do you know the number for your local depot? If so maybe give them a ring, it might be that it's still there as that's a problem I had with Yodel at this time of year a couple of years ago. They said that a parcel was out for delivery and in the end Amazon accepted that it was lost. It turned out that it had been sitting in the Yodel warehouse in Lichfield for two weeks

Even though it's Yodel I wouldn't worry yet.
I've seen people have emails from other companies where it's been 'sent to courier' and still been 3 or 4 days x
