Having been out on Friday from 11am until the wee small hours and yesterday from 1pm until the large small hours - today I am staying at home.

Last night's SCD to watch, a curry to be made for dinner and a sit in the sun are my plans for the day. :D :D

Have a good one everyone. :D

Good morning both :D :D

Ton you be careful out there today! We'd like you in one piece, if possible :P  ;) xxxx

Ally enjoy your lazy day in the sun 8-) 8-) :) xxx

It looks murky here! It will probably rain later  We normally go to Morrisons on Sundays but got the food shop done yesterday, as when we popped to see D after lunch she mentioned that the bulb had gone from her front drive security light! It's one of those that go on as soon as someone approaches the door, and after that business early in the year when her window got smashed we don't like the idea of it not working - so we got the food shop out of the way, and today we're going to get a new bulb or whatever it needs and go round there so Mick can fix it! I'll cook our roast lunch for dinnertime today instead :)

Have a good day everyone xx

Morning :)
Woke up to rain - where does it all come from?! It stopped for a little while, then started again...

Don't think we have any plans, there's a bit of shopping to do so we will be going out. I might leave Bb and youngest at Wetherspoons or something while I do the bits I want, then get them for the stuff that needs carrying ;)

Ton do be careful, though it's worse when you concentrate isn't it :D
There was a set of stone steps in our holiday apartment (perfectly normal in Spain, Portugal, all over I know), and they really worried both of us.
Kaz we had one of those lights in our back garden, I think it's an ordinary bulb and we just used to unscrew the cover, hope it's as simple as ours was x

We have sausages for dinner :D They were a bargain from Waitrose, their lovely Toulouse ones; we're trying to use stuff from the freezer so when we see something for that C-day we can grab it ;)
Hope you all have a good day

Morning all :D

It absolutely lashed it down here yesterday afternoon, luckily after we'd been out to the shops. It's obviously rained overnight too, very wet outside, but it's looking a bit brighter now.

No plans for us today need to get the papers and that's about it. Guess the rest of the day depends on how energetic we feel.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all.

Rather dull here, but at least it's dry. We have just been a long brisk walk, which was quite enjoyable.
(We are determined to compensate for the lack of dog-walks.)

Time for a bit of housework now.

Have a nice day.
