Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 01 Nov 2014, 07:52

Good morning. :D

Just making poached eggs on toast for the travelllers.

Craig and Leilani are driving up to Badajoz near the Portuguese border - they're meeting Jacob who is there for a few days with some friends. :D

Tomorrow they then drive to Lisbon for the start of 9 days in Portugal before they get the ferry back from Santander. :D

Me? Slobbing today and SCD with a Chinese takeaway tonight.

Have a good day.

Morning all. It's lovely here. I am trying to rouse myself from my bed to carry on with hokiday washing!

Off to mums later to sort out the spare bedroom then I'm taking her to hospital this afternoon. I'll drop her off and nip into town for a while as I don't want to sit there for two hours. I'll go see him for the last 30 minutes before I bring her home.

The sun is out here but strangely without a cloud in the sky there re raindrops on the window  Honestly it can rain out of nowhere round here   Hopefully that will blow over ;) Looking forward to a quiet relaxing weekend, B is working this afternoon and tomorrow 8-) :D I do love this 'sending the kids out to work' bit of parenthood  ;)

Have a lovely day everyone xxx

Work shortly for me this morning and after my migraine yesterday I'm not feeling as chipper as normal....also we are fully booked :|

Think Jen is feeling a little delicate this morning, she went out after work last night for a few drinks and came home about 2.30....sore heads all round and then she is working again this evening...

Lovely blue sky here today! Typical after my two days off were grey and hot!

Another poached egg fan here, might have one for my lunch...oh well, hi ho hi ho and all that......>>>>>>>>>>

B came in last Sunday morning a little 'merry' - I resisted the urge to hoover the landing on her floor  :P

Morning everyone

Lovely and sunny, with blue sky, but there is a definate feel of autumn in the air - still gets up to 30C plus during the day though :D

Grumpy is going to paint the front walls and balustrading, just needs to get the prep done first. I'll watch

Not a poached egg person, although Grumpy would like one please ;)

Safe journey to the travellers Ally x

Hope you all have a good day, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)
Quite nice here at the moment.

Mm poached eggs yes please - we have no eggs left, we used the last two in an emergency batch of mini chocolate cupcakes with blood-red icing for trick-or-treaters :)
We usually get a few lots, all friendly, starting with the very young ones around 6 o'clock, and realised the bag of sweets we'd bought only had 9 tiny bags inside  Of course then we didn't get as many as usual, we'll be taking the remaining cakes around the road later :)

Ally Craig and Leilani are having a lovely trip :)
Gal hope you feel better as the day goes on x
Kaz hope the rain goes away :)
Debih (((x)))

Bb will be out working for however long it takes, I shall, obviously, be packing/hair colouring/checking toiletries, medication, etc.,etc...and getting excited :D
Later we're taking Minnie to her holiday home, then stopping at Waitrose for a pizza to be eaten in front of Strictly :)
Hope you all have a good day

Morning all :D

Another bright and sunny day, who'd have believed it could be so nice in November :o

(((((debih))))) x

Not sure what we're doing today, need to pop out for the papers and the usual weekly washing is waiting, but apart from that no plans.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all, what a lovely sunny day :D
Nothing planned, just a lovely dog walk and some sewing later (not at the same time!)
Pizza and Strictly for us too Di :D
Poached eggs? Nope, don't like them but I would always do them for Mr Loz when he was back from his travels :D
Have a good day everyone xxx
